Dishonest and crooked. This place has been known for crooked management. Healthcare workers who coerce their patients into selling items for money. Beyond theft at the lower level, there is nothing good to say about the dishonest nature of their current management. He will not respect patient's claims and will not take action against dishonest employees until forced to by the patient's families or the law.
