I have used this recipe and ingredients to make batches of hard candy over the Holidays. It is enjoyed by the folks I give it to as gifts. Love making a large selection of flavors and make double the cinnamon which is most popular.
my fave is definetly the mint oils, my chocolate mint cookies are best sellers! too bad just few hours ago i went out to buy mint oil, and its out of stock, i wanna cry! i have to bake like 200 cookies for a bake sale at church
These are the only oils I use for candy. I wish stores would restock in a more timely fashion, however.
Love all the alcohol free and sugar free emulsions...just love it
