Earlier today I did not recommend this company due to what I found was an extreme lack of customer service. Shortly after my comment, the matter was addressed in a much more acceptable manner. And for that, I am very thankful and have changed my opinion. I look forward to continuing to order product from Lorann.

Excellent customer service. I am excited to use the oils as well as the chocolate I purchased. I went in yesterday not having any idea what to buy or where to start and was given lots of tips on using the product. The oils were less expensive than another line of oils I have been using.

We use them in many of our cupcakes and frostings. They are so much better than using the grocery store options
