I was recommended to try this place out by a family member because of his so-called better prices. I soon found out that he uses “Used Parts” in customers cars and then charges full price for them, as if they’re brand new. It took him a full day to fix a problem that is technically only a 5 min fix. He took his time so that he could make it seem as if he’s working hard so he charge you a lot for labor. On the way home from West Lafayette to South Bend, we punctured a tire just outside of Loran's. Unfortunately, it was 8p and the shop was closed. I was not going to bother them by calling their number or knocking on the door. I am capable of changing a flat or calling our roadside assistance number. Nonetheless, we ran into difficulty removing the old tire and found the spare to be dangerously low.
