They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
