Carlos Lopez was extremely dismissive, snarky, and short during our initial call. His tone was very flat and he was not welcoming at all. First impressions are everything and he gave off the impression he did not want to be bothered. He was rude, nasty and overall just dismissive. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but I knew from our first interaction this was not the attorney for me!
