Very bad customer service experience by the receptionist in this office. We came in and was not welcomed at all she was occupied on her cell phone the entire time. When we asked her for assistance with information we needed she responded with a nasty attitude and tone. We did not feel welcomed at all nor we were assisted. She was extremely rude to us. It’s a shame the lack of customer service she’s providing that office.
Dr.Lopez is a great diagnostician, and is always available to assist in any way. His staff is welcoming, I would highly recommend Dr.Lopez.
