Horrific experience. Told me to “walk off” my L5/s1 injury. I was in so much pain at this point of seeking his medical advice, after rounds of PT. He also told me to “power dose” Aleve like a steroid medication and to just do some crunches. I had been in pain for well over a year at time of consult. Trying chiropractic, Accupuncture, massage and anything else to relieve my pain as well. I cried myself to sleep for longer than care to admit after this experience. Very bad customer service experience by the receptionist in this office. We came in and was not welcomed at all she was occupied on her cell phone the entire time. When we asked her for assistance with information we needed she responded with a nasty attitude and tone. We did not feel welcomed at all nor we were assisted. She was extremely rude to us. It’s a shame the lack of customer service she’s providing that office.
