I'm 65 years old and this is the most inept office I have ever been to in my entire life. That speaks volumes
I have been going to her for more than 20 years and she is patient, listens and caring. I am not an easy patient with asthma, arthritis and distrust of medicines, but at 68 yo, I trust her to get me through my older years. Sometimes there is a long wait, sometimes I get right in. I trust it is for good reason and her care of another patient in crisis. She is the best.
It is so unfortunate to have to leave a review like this. Dr. Granberry is a phenomenal doctor. Unfortunately, this practice has some deficiencies that drove me away. 1.) you are guaranteed at least a 2 hour wait. The wait times are so horrible that when you book your appointment they actually tell you it will be that long of a wait. They also tell you it's because she takes a lot of time with her patients.
