The whole office has awesome customer serv... The whole office has awesome customer service! I especially liked how my dentist explained everything he was looking for to me.
Everyone is super friendly and they make your dentist visit pain free!
I love Smiles, but I was routed to a different hygienist because Michelle was running behind and she (new hygienist) was a little rougher than I was comfortable with. My recommendation would be to *not* schedule with Thuy if you can help it. I leave feeling like my teeth are clean, but maybe my teeth are just too sensitive for her pressure.
Very professional staff and very friendly. My experience was great and not anywhere near the traumatic childhood dentist visits.
