The feelinf of welcome and of friendliness all started with my first call. Once there for my appt. I felt like a returning, regular customer instead of being brand new. All proceedures were patiently, yet effectively explained and the service was superb! I did not feel pressured into signing up for additional work either.

We enjoy the people that work there. We've become friendly with most of them & they are always asking about us and where we've traveled to when we get there (we love to go on cruises). They are always interested in us and ALWAYS greets us with smiles.

I hate dentists...also you can understand my feeling everytime I visit dentist but at Smiles Dental Care office it was different... My experience about dentists is big...In France since I was 8 years old then Germany and now USA also I can compare all different works.
