Peri and Cindy are great. Dr. Hall is very good with patients. I like that he takes his time explain things to you. And I'm sorry if I misspelled her name wrong but smuthie the hygienst is the best. So gentle and sweet.

From the front office staff to the dentist , this place has the best customer service in the bay area. A trip tot he dentist is no longer dreaded for me and for our son...Smiles Dental was the first experience he has ever had and now he loves going to the dentist!

I've always enjoyed my visits to Smiles. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I enjoy interacting with the staff. Everything is always explained to me, Dr. Hall is very thorough and Thuyet is great. My only concern was that I switched insurance providers almost a year ago. Since then I've had multiple visits. It wasn't until this last visit that Thuyet informed me that my insurance covered all cleanings. Yet, I've paid out of pocket several times. I'm not blaming Thuyet of course. I just think it would have been nice ... read more

Always a great visit. I've always enjoyed my visits to Smiles. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I enjoy interacting with the staff. Had five teeth worked on yesterday and had a stellar experience. Dr Hall talked me through every step of a lengthy 2 hour visit and I could not have had more confidence that I was being well taken care of.

I shipped my front tooth and wasn't sure what to expect. I was out of my chair in 15 minutes with a tooth which looked better after the fix than before the incident!!!
