i have been in search of a dentist for 2 years, filling in the teeth cleaning with any dentist that could fit me in in hopes they would be "the one". i have also been flying to portland to see a dentist that i love up there, but as you can imagine what i will say next ... it's a little unrealistic to keep that up for too long. especially when an unforeseen dental need comes up, which is exactly what happened to me. only this visit to the dentist ended up being such a positive experience both in professionalism and personal a... read more

My last appointment was about cleening my teeth and taking an dental imprint for a NightGuard. As usual, the staff was very friendly and did the above mentioned services professionally. I did not have any pain and I was happy with the explanations off the services which were provided upfront. What I really like about the Smiles Dental Care team is that they never try to sell something. Of course they give me options, but once I have made a decision they respect it. They are really professionales and not sales people.

When a very old gold crown separated from a molar, the entire Smiles team turned to action, from setting up a same-day appointment to confirming future appointments when the crown had been re-cemented. Dr. Eilers was particularly careful in examining and prepping the molar, keeping me informed about why she was doing what she was doing through the whole process. I was greeted by other members of the staff, welcomed like I was a member of the family.
