I've been a client of Smiles Dental... I've been a client of Smiles Dental and Dr. Hall for almost 25 years. I thought I had a great dentist before I moved up here from LA, but these guys win it hands down! I've had a modest amount of work done in addition to the preventive care (replacement of old fillings, broken tooth and a crown) and the work and professionalism of this office is well worth the expense. Dr Hall is very patient, skillful... Dr Hall is very patient, skillful and meticulous in his work. I had minimal pain after my crown fitting. Tiffany answered all my questions and concerns. She also followed up the next day to check on how I was doing. The office staff is cordial as well.
My RDH was awesome and my fillings were efficient! However, it was distracting that my dentist was chattering away with the assistant during the assistant about office gossip. I'm sure everyone at Smiles is very experienced but I was nervous about them being distracted. I saw my dentist look away while dental tools were still active/whirring in my mouth and that was a little discomforting.
