It is rare to find a dental office that is overall great. Having worked in a dental office for several years, my expectations are very high and Dr. Chou and staff beyond surpassed what I had hoped for. Everything from the initial greeting when I walk in to the actual treatment, I have felt welcomed and surrounded by genuinely nice and caring people. Chairside manner is excellent, and I have decided Dr. Chou has the magic touch because when she numbs I barely feel it! Thank you for everything, you are all AMAZING!

Thank you! I had another wonderful visit at Smiles this week. Thuy was as polite and professional as always. Dr. Tiffany Chan provided her friendly, thoughtful, and expert examination as we have become to expect as the "norm". Thank you Dr. Hall for having such a great team. It makes "going to the dentist" much more palatable.
I really dislike going to dentists and actually have been putting off my cleaning. Not doing that anymore! My dental hygienist was fantastic, encouraging, and didn't guilt trip me about having avoided the dentist for a year or so. I plan to keep to my twice a year cleaning now!
