I was able to get a cleaning while I waite... I was able to get a cleaning while I waited for my son. Wonderful service!
Althought I have generally been quite pleased with the atmosphere and service at Smiles, I did not have as good of a visit this time. I went in for a 6 month cleaning and check up and found the hygenist, Mina, to be a little bit clumsy, rough, and unorganized. The other aspects, general atmosphere, dentists, professionalism all remain great.
Stephanie provided the cleaning. I am one of those patients dentists dread because my anxiety is sky high. My palms sweat the whole time and all I can think about is the next zinger of pain that will shoot through my mouth throughout the cleaning. Stephanie was compassionate toward my anxiety, but it didn't throw her off. She listened to my concerns and "scaled back" in order to counteract the sensitivities I have.
