Everyone is always friendly and efficient. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get to be seen. The care I have received has always been excellent, and I have had enough awful dental experiences to know the differences. The only issue I have with Smiles is the cost of care. they are still rather expensive, even after my dental insurance has picked up their part.
