These people suck will never be back over a 15 dollar fitting that wasn’t the correct one. I’ve spent thousands of $$ with these people every time I leave I feel taken advantage of!! Only reason to come back is it’s close to work. Now I will go to so-cal or ramjet. Hope they choke
Lopers still has some of the original experience & feel. I'd highly recommend dealing with Neil as he is The Last of the Lifer's from when we were 3 store's strong & pumping out parts like no other
Horrible customer service, drove to them to return a flexplate I was told would work in my application (it didn't) and met all requirements on receipt, wasn't installed, obviously had receipt, wasn't electronic, and wasn't a set of headers.. when I got there I was told no returns after 30 days, not even store credit and the flexplate was in its shiny new packaging just how i bought it.. my dad is a (real) old school car builder and has been in the valley 29 years and he warned me not to shop from these people, lesson learned... read more
Lopers auto shop was amazing. Mike was very knowledgeable and really dialed in my 69 camaro. The previous shop I took it to, couldn't get it to run right after putting a new carborater on it. I am very happy with lopers mechanic shop.
Really bad customer service policy. Tried to return something 2-days later, only to find out there is a %20 restocking Fee. STAY AWAY! Go elsewhere where you find much better customer service!!
