Contacted the shop ahead of time regarding my design. They recommended an artist. I coordinated a consultation on my day off from work. Drove 1 hour. I showed up and they told me it would be a 1 or 2 hour wait. I gave them my cell number and asked them to text me when the artist was done. Showed up after no text and they tried to pawn off another artist on me. Might as well be a tattoo shop near a strip club in Fayetteville, NC. Complete waste of my time...

Chris Jenkins was incredibly professional and did an amazing job on my memorial piece. Comfortable setting and impeccably clean. I would highly recommend.

I'm not from the Richmond area, but I was visiting a friend over the summer and we decided to drop into Loose Screw. I'd been wanting a specific black and grey tattoo for a while, but I still wasn't quite sure about the placement or size. Everyone was very kind, professional and made me and my friend feel welcome.
