Everyone is loving, accepting, and kind! Laid back and easy to talk to the artists about what you want no matter how picky your concerns are. I didn’t have an appointment but I was in and out within 2.5 hours. Chris Jenkins was my artist and was very easy going and my experience with him was delightful! 200/10 would recommend.
