The thing about Loose Nuts Cycles is that they actually listen to you. When I brought in my cyclocross bike to put a touring frame under it, Chris and Tyler spent a lot of time with me discussing what kind of riding I would be doing, made great parts recommendations, and worked quickly to build the new bike. And what a build! I expected to be working out kinks, readjusting components, all that stuff that you normally have to do. But no - this build was perfect in every way. Totally incredible shop! Very, very impressed!
