The only reason this salon gets one star from me is because the one time I did get my hair done here I loved it. That being said, this salon is badly managed. I called on a Thursday to make an appt. for that Saturday and I received a return voice mail from the receptionist on Friday morning stating that I could come in first thing Saturday morning at 8am.
