I have been waiting for my Diabetic shoes. My doctor got the info to them mid-May. Cannot get hold of the Pedorthist.Does not answer his phone and you may or may not (most likely not) get a return call when you leave a voicemail message. The guy that handles this is off Monday and Tuesday; works 9 am to 1 pm on Wednesday and Thursday; works ,9 am to 5 pm on Friday. They need to get someone else in when he's not on duty to take care of their customers.

The issue is a manufacturer backorder. All iRunner brand shoes are on backorder. The head of the company called us personally to apologize. As for Steve’s work schedule, he has an unusual schedule so he can spend time with his young children. Communication should have been better I. This situation and I will talk with the team to see how we can improve it. I am sorry for your inconvenience.
Ive used Loop Rx for 20+ years just to have my dr office tell me that no longer filling rx! SHAME �

Tara, So sorry about all of this. We had to make a decision that was best for the pharmacy. We also had to wait a certain period of time before telling anyone. If there is anything we can do to help you with compounding or home medical needs, please let us know.
Transfers people prescriptions without any notice when has known for awhile that they were going to do so. Have no choice which pharmacy you wanted, now have to have prescriptions transferred numerous time and hope that u get them in time..
The girl at the back counter was nice the cashier Rita was not.
