I try to support local businesses at every opportunity but have had a very negative experience with Loop. My doctor uses Loop for a compounded medication. I recently called Loop two weeks before my prescription was needed to remind them, as they had needed prodding for the previous fill. Was told no problem. A week later I called and was told they were working on it right then and it would be mailed. I explained it was important because I was getting low and going out of town. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen with any company. Loop pharmacy has failed 3 of the last 4 months to fill my wife's compound prescription. The store manager called and said we will get right on filling her prescription. That was 11 days ago and it is still not filled. Time to go elsewhere for her prescriptions. This place needs to close if they can't provide prescription medication to people that need it in a timely fashion. #theworstpharmacyever #looppharmacysucks
I drove 40 minutes to your store for assistance with in home medical equipment only not to receive assistance. To be accurate not 1 employee even acknowledged my presence in the store. 2 women each behind desks were engaged in personal conversation, 1 woman was having a personal phone conversation and 1 woman was behind the pharmacy counter, that is a total of 4 employees who ignored a customer in the store. I left taking my business elsewhere.
Always great service from friendly and helpful staff.
