DO NOT go here! This used to be my go to place, but the service by both staff and management has gone downhill. They act like it’s the customers fault when you ask them to fix something! Now I have uneven, short toe nails!
They failed to listen to my request for the service I wanted. The web page says they know how to do bio sculpture but when I asked for it( which I already had on my nails from another shop) they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about...then they decide I don't know what I'm talking about and attempted to give me a gelish manicure as if I didn't know the difference...
For the spa mani-pedi it wasn't very relaxing. My technician was a large part of it, being rough and over cutting my cuticles, and being rude when I didn't give bigger than 10% tip. Well she didn't deserve it. I wasn't even offered any water, nor help at the drying station, among other things.
