A great company with great products!
I have a loop-loc pool cover, and was told it was it was under warranty, and it was so strong, even an elephant can walk on it. Unfortunately, my 13 lb Border Terrier and Miniature Golden Retriever aren't elephants so the warranty is not warranted. I called before anything happened, and the person answering the phone said there was no need to worry about the weight, and the dogs were safe. Now I have a un warranted pool cover. Highly disappointed,
