There was no knocking on the door or phone contact. After two failed deliveries, they asked me to pick it up at the warehouse. As an LCBO order, they charged me $13 in shipping fees and basically did nothing.

I would have given 0 stars but you can't. I accidentally left out my apartment number 5 I wanted to reschedule. They only have 1 number they do not pick up and l hours of ti.e on hold. I tried their chat but I never got a real person. I would not recommend this place for delivery ever. When something goes wrong you can not get it fix.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPATIENT, my first interaction with this company they were extremely impatient. I live in apartment our buzzer dose not have an audible sound when unlocking the front door and it takes a minute from me to get from apartment to the door. When I reached the front door they told me they were about to leave because I took to long. Impossible to get them to pick up my packages. Multiple shipments have been waiting for weeks in my facility as I continually schedule pickups that never happen. I call customer service and ask to have a supervisor or someone follow up but that never happens. Undoubtedly the worst service I have ever interacted with in my entire life.
