I had a package arriving that required a signature and wasn't home for the first two attempts. No problem, I figured I would just pick it up. That's not really an option with Loomis at this location, given their hours are now Monday-Friday 9am-11am & 1pm-5pm. With no after hours or lunch hour pickup options, that seems quite ridiculous. Loomis express is fast, efficient & the drivers are friendly and accommodating! Packages are delivered sooner than expected and extra care is given to ensure that packages are left in a safe spot if no one is home.
Absolutely terrible service from Loomis Express—every single time I’ve had something delivered through them, it ends in frustration. I waited home all day for my package, only to get a “delivery attempted” notice even though no one ever showed up. I live in a clearly marked building that’s easy to access—yet they don’t even try. Instead, they force me to drag my kids and go pick up heavy packages myself from their facility. It’s beyond inconvenient. I’ve never had this problem with Amazon, UPS, or FedEx.
