Absolutely terrible experience with Loomis Express. My package was delayed, the tracking information was barely helpful, and trying to get any useful information from customer service was extremely frustrating. It felt like nobody actually cared about resolving the issue. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service made the situation much worse. I would seriously reconsider using Loomis Express again and would recommend looking at other shipping companies instead.

These guys and gals are awesome, package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. they even helped me pack the bike into a trunk that was clearly not meant to fit. Thanks!
Driver called to say he was coming and I assured him that I was home all day. He didn't buzz me. Left the parcel in an unsecure area even though it required a signature. I called to complain but they were not concerned. They said if I complained that it would upset the driver who always does my route. So they prefer me to be scared of their driver's retribution rather than to deal with an issue that they obviously have. I have to do my job right. It is always upsetting when others don't even try.
