I was expecting an office parcel clearly marked as fragile. The delivery driver called around 1:48 PM saying he would arrive in five minutes, but reached earlier than that. Since I was in a meeting, I couldn’t pick up his second call(1:51PM) right away and went downstairs immediately after. Would not recommend. Their website doesn’t work- unable to find my shipping number. Have sat on the phone on hold two times now for over 15 mins and no one answered.
If I could give zero stars I would, WORST DELIVERY COMPANY OUT THERE. I’ll never use looks again. Update! Called back because my package was delivered to the wrong address with no signature (that was needed!!) got the same women she was even more rude today, annoyed it was to be her break & she had to turn her computer back on! Not pleased at all with their service. The customer care are not warm at all on giving response. The did not give me any form of ETA all they do is let you track their movement and then they came and dumped the heavy duty on my door post.
They left a note on the door saying two delivery attempts have been made ( which it 100% wasn’t) then told us to pick it up at the holding facility doesn’t give us information on where that holding facility is, google it show up and they say it’s at a different location. Tell me how are a delivery service when I’m doing your running around?
