Arrogant idiots, never shop there! – "LOOM" I will never shop there again. Reason being, there stupid return/exchange policy. I tried to exchange ..not return or get full refund, but exchange an unused leather bag. With receipt, you cannot exchange or return after 2 weeks! All she wanted to see was the crappy little tag that I threw away, did I mention I had my receipt. Helloooo!??? The manager told me I was hanging it over her head .
