I took two works pants to get hemmed up (8cm) because they were too long. I got charged $89 in total. The pants cost me $40 each. What a rip off. I will never go back for that price.

Thanks to the reviews on this site for the Elizabeth store I will not be trusting them with hemming a brand new gown for my daughters upcoming wedding.
Put a school dress in to be tacked and hemmed paid more then the dress to have small alterations done only for it to be wrong. They undid all the sides and sleeves left material hang out everywhere, had no tack in it at all hemming was wonky and frayed. Very disappointed was told I would get a refund and still told to wait and come back a 3rd time for that. I would never come back here and now have to take to somewhere else to have fixed its an absolute joke. No customer service, do not go here unless you want a bad job you ... read more
