Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I rang the bell and called out “hello” twice and was completely ignored. When the staff member finally decided to appear, instead of apologising for keeping me waiting, she sarcastically said, “Why don’t you ring the bell? That’s what it’s there for.” If that’s how you speak to people before they’ve even spent a dollar with you, I can only imagine how poorly you treat paying customers. My wife to a braids maids dress there to get hemmed up it cost her $150 for a hem most expensive around then when I arrived on Saturday to collect it they then couldn’t find her dress and then said are you sure it hasn’t been picked up when I then said no she went back looking after 5 minutes she came out and told me we have found the dress but it hasn’t been done when it was meant to be ready for collection on the Friday the day before this is very poor service and they way they handled this isn’t on and very rude about it ... read more
fire your worker who is skinny with thick dark hair !!! how are you a grown adult with such a big attitude considering we pay your wage? both my mother and grandmother have been here twice and both times has been spoken to extremely poorly ,snappy and and completely unprofessional. i work in customer service and if i was your boss i would fire EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELY. i am 18 years old and have more respect and most likely get payed a quarter of your wage. DISGUSTING!!!!
The worst customer service. I’ve been here twice now and all 4 of my seperate interactions with (Gina) I’ve left feeling unhappy by the way the she spoke to me. She is so rude in how she speaks and what she says. The second time I went she told me to be quick and hurry up cause she had somewhere to be even tho it was 45minutes before they closed. I called her asking for a number to head office or a manager which she wouldn’t give me. Plus so expensive, better off finding a small business owner
I have never experienced as bad customer service as I have here. No customer service skills whatsoever and extremely overpriced.
