He did a thorough job and we are now under a termite bond with our new house. this is one of the most important things necessary for homes especially in the south.
Diane, who answered my phone call, was kind and courteous. She did a great job scheduling us. Today we met our exterminator, Logan, he really did your company proud. He was polite over the phone in calling ahead to confirm the details of our appointment. He arrived on time, clean cut, in proper attire, and he properly used ppe. I have served as office manager in two places of worship where I hired Lookout to be our pest control company. I have always been very pleased with their work and their workers. Very responsive and flexible. There have been times that I have seen large roaches after they left and they came right back out and treated the area again. Other times there have been insects appear mid-cycle because of a crack in a wall, and they came out the same day I called at no extra charge. Monday this week we had pest control in our apt and they were spraying for bugs and told us to leave out of the apartment and not return for 4 hours.. we did so.. in that time frame some drug headed loser that works for them stole my husbands back pain medication out of our cabinet.. he is out of work due to a injury he sustained from work and those pills are the only thing that helps calms the pain.. along with those pills were some antibiotics which he also took!!! Termite treatment was done Oct 2019. my house was built with a TVA heating and cooling pkg, This means the foundation was insulated, Instead of cutting insulation 4 inches from bottom to allow treatment, they tore off all foundation insulation, This has affected my heating bill and will affect cooling, also. Have sent two e-mails to the company and getting no response. All i need is the insulation put back on the foundation, The insulation is still under the floor. Would do it myself but i am not able.
