The entire office staff is kind and caring to our whole family, human and furry. We were faced with a tough decision and had to put our dog to sleep. They took the time to explain what was happening, gave us time to decide, and even helped the discussion with our 8 yr old daughter. They are compassionate, understanding, realistic, and affordable. I highly recommend their services to anyone! Thank you Lookout Mountain staff. You have customers for life!
Dr. Schure and Dr. Cook are the best. Along with their caring, knowledgeable and friendly professional staff they give 110%.
I would not take my pets any where else! Everyone in the office is wonderful and Dr Schure is very compassionate and is the greatest vet. I'm so grateful knowing my dogs have the best care.
We've been seeing Dr Schure for about 15 years and he's never "pushed" extra treatment. He is very reasonable, understanding and caring. So, we trust him.
