As a long-time client -- about 26 years -- with a myriad of beloved felines over the years, this is the most caring, thoughtful, responsive, and wonderful clinic in Phoenix! Dr. Schure is an incredibly caring and "stick-to-it-until-solved" vet. We could ALWAYS rely on thoughtful conversations on the care of our feline companions. Dr. Cook and all of the vet techs here are absolutely wonderful. Over the years we have brought many of our dogs in to see Dr. Cook, from puppyhood to being put down at the end of their lives. Everyone here knows our dogs and us by name, and I know my pups are in good hands and I trust Dr. Cook's advice completely. Also, Shaun is so great with our dogs in the grooming department and always does a good job.
Your entire staff is the most amazing group of people. I cannot find the words to describe how you have improved our beautiful Sallie I can't thank you enough for all you've done to improve her health considering her condition and your compassion for her needs is beyond outstanding!!!
All of the vets, techs, and staff here are always so wonderful to my pets. My Great Dane mix is absolutely petrified of strangers (both two-legged and four-legged), and they are always so calm and gentle with her. They're even very nice to my grouchy old cat, who was a total jerk to everyone when he came in for surgery earlier this spring! He's all better now, and he promises to behave next time as long as you don't make him fast first. :)
