The best optometry in Concord
What a great first experience! Dr Dong was a breath of fresh air! He was so thorough, seemed genuinely interested in providing the best service. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend them!
The office experience was sensational, beginning with the warm reception by office staff to the completion of the vision exam administered by Dr.Dong. Dr. Dong’s mannerisms and communication skills are second to none. He’s calm, professional and supportive. His remarks are reassuring and alleviate any concerns I had. It can be threatening to experience a vision exam as one doesn’t know what might be discovered, especially at my age of 71. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional!
The staff at Looking Glass are efficient, friendly and professional. They've got a great selection of frames too, and I found the perfect pair of sunglasses and regular glasses. The prices can be a little steep for the frames, but they last a long time so it's worth it. I saw Dr. Cheng this time around and loved her. Very personable and fun to chat with. Looking Glass has become my every year optometrist, would definitely recommend!

This was the best eye exam I’ve ever had. Ro was awesome, and Dr. Dong took the time to find both my exact prescription as well as the contacts that fit best in my eyes, even going as far as trying 4 different contact lenses of the same prescription until we found the pair I’ve been seeking for the last 15 years. It wasn’t just the lenses though. Dr. Dong was literally excited with me that my vision had improved! I left here feeling like I had new eyes, and I will make this my permanent optometrist moving forward.
Dr. Cheng and her staff are professional, through and friendly. Don’t know what more to say!
