My daughter has had many issues with the AC and unfortunately is not being resolved in a satisfactory way. Mgt. has an indifferent attitude, albeit due to the fact it is a student apt. Complex and there is plenty of demand. If you are a parent or student and looking for an apartment complex that is slow to respond , inept at solving issues , and has the indifference to go along with these qualities , then Looking Glass is for you.
