not bad Services are amazing but it is not the most relaxing place. The people need to learn to smile more and to treat the clients better. The prices are average for the area
OK! This place is nice, but personally I feel like some of the staff people are snotty. I don't like that especially because I used to be in the service industry. I feel like some people can be much friendlier.
So much better I have been going to Looking Good for along time, I have seen bad employees and good ones, things seem to be finally getting better again Anisha you are correct I think the snobby people are gone, the owners daughter is back in there so that's a major difference, she is the heavy set one, having her there ads a cheer to the spa and helps the front desk guy work better. Poor Service and Too Pricey I first went to this place because I received a gift certificate there. When I got there, the front desk people were complaining about management and ignored me when I asked to check in for my appointment. They finally acknowledged me, and I was led to the hair styling area. The cut and style were nothing special, despite the price, and the stylist complained pretty much non-stop about her job. A++++++++++++++++++++++ I am so glad that they finally moved to the new location. It's a beautiful SPA and very convenient for most people. I had a spa day with 3 friends. The people that took care of me were super..my facial and massage were to die for and I even had a blow out (actually the gal straightened my hair better than anyone ever!) We were going to eat somewhere in No. Jersey but someone recommened Loucas next door which was also great. Thanks Lookin Good for the surprise bottle of wine!!!
The Best Spa Around My girlfriends and I visit many spas. When the Spa at Short Hills closed, we were both delighted and surprised to find a spa of such high caliber right in our own backyard. Granted, their is no Short Hills Mall, but a trip to a few local boutiques satiates our need to shop. When it is time to relax and get really, really pampered, we head for Lookin Good Day-Spa. ms I am a night owl so I am wrting this review with a glass of wine in my hand...So, I had this amazing massage, facial and pedicure at this spa tucked away in a strip mall. The place looks smal from the oitside but is rather large. A $40.00 pedicure??? HEY,HEY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I have never had the likes of this type of pedi done by a gentlamen named Scott. the whole place is not bad The place is actually great and most the people are just avoid the b*tchy girl at the front with the dark multi colored hair and the skinny blonde facial person and then you are in a great place. O and sometimes you need to miss the owner she can be the greatest and the worst all at the same time, overall I think she is a nice good person just seems to be a little hot headed.
