I found Look See when my ProDesign frames broke. Sarah was so helpful each time I went to see them. Professional, courteous and supportive. She was all about the customer experience and it was great. I need a new pair of glasses and I will be making an appointment shortly. In this online, dot com world brick and mortar businesses must deliver high quality service day in and day out to win and keep customers. By the way they have parking, the staff is cool and great atmosphere. Now all they need is a Keurig. 😊
Holly! My wife and I had our annual exams and ordered new lenses and frames. Holly made the experience feel like a family event instead of a doctor visit. Holly was pleasant, professional and fun. Oh, and patient as my eyes were watery from working nights. We live 100 miles away and will keep making the yearly drive because of Holly and Dr. Jerome and the rest of the amazing staff. Real doctors, real staff and the best frames anywhere. I/we had to say thank you. When we got into the car afterward we both brought up Holly!!
