The optometrist was great, very friendly, and did her job well. However the folks up front are a different story. After verifying my insurance information, I was told that there would be a $10 co-pay, and they explained that I would get a generous allowance for glasses or contacts, but not for both. Look Optical rips people off!!! – I had a fairly pleasant time with the doctor herself, but after i found out a week later that they had charged me $9.00 extra for absolutely nothing...then the customer service guy just said oops and that he would put it back on my card. Then i discovered that the other customer service lady lied and said that my contact fitting was covered by my insurance when in fact it wasn't.
