I moved to Rocky Mount from Raleigh and I was looking for a local Loctian. I meet April and now she is the only person I allow to maintenance my locs. She’s knowledgeable and nice. I think I found my forever Loctian.
I came across April in search of a new Loctician. I’ve had three sessions with her and thus far have been pleased with services. She knowledgeable about hair care. Every client that I’ve seen during my appointment has had healthy hair. April is also hospitable and charges reasonable prices.
I had came in from Atl she did a 10/10 on my hair definitely recommend her!!!
April does nothing but the best ..!!!!
