I truly do not know how this place has so many good reviews. Maybe I went in on an extremely off day. The one star is for the staff, who were very pleasant. I went in to have a shag cut that had grown out trimmed so that it would maintain the correct shape. I repeatedly stated I liked the length and did not want it cut off. I explained what the correct cut was, and when I felt I wasn't being clear enough, showed pictures. The lady also showed me a picture of her own to be sure she understood me.
