i went to get my hair done and let my stylist know that i wanted to keep my length. she mentioned that i had some dead ends and showed me how much she was going to cut off and i agreed. she cut a lot more off then when i was clearly unhappy about it proceeded to say “there’s not much we can do about it now.” i went in to go blonde. i showed her the photo and said i wanted a balayage and not highlights. she ignored what i said and gave me highlights. she also dyed my brown hair brown? even though i went in for blonde hair. Ashley was a new hairstylist at the salon so in order to get some more experience under her belt she was offering free services to a few clients. I was One of the lucky people to be chosen. I came in with long thick already partially colored hair. Though it was faded color it was extremely difficult to get out.
