Great store..exceptional staff...after cataract surgery Dr Brassfield stepped in and did my follow up in conjunction with my surgeon. Everything went smoothly. 2 pair of glasses ordered and received in a timely manner. Love their selection of frames from independent artist. I love big over sized funky frames and they had them for me. I don't think I will see my frames passing someone at the mall.
Best optometrist I've ever had. Friendly, professional, and great at what she does. The entire staff is lovely and incredibly supportive of their community.
I cannot say enough good things about Look East! Last week I took in a pair of Krewe sunglasses (that I purchased elsewhere) for an adjustment.. but, it was more than an adjustment as the glasses were completely bent and sitting lopsided on my face. Jen was so kind and helpful as she adjusted my frames. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturers defect, the frames broke in the process.
