RecommendedThe art of customer service has died in many retail business. I am very thankful that Look East is not one of those businesses! The excellent customer service, patient staff who graciously dealt with my inability to make a decision, relentless attention to detail, and amazing(hand picked) glasses selection are just some of the reasons this place is fabulous. I can not say enough about this amazing office. Dr Emily goes far and beyond to keep you informed about your eye health. I felt totally comfortable w her as well as the staff. Drea at the front desk does such a wonderful customer service job. I am so grateful for their services.
