Dr. Looby did my implant. Very nice and skilled dentist. He did an awesome job. Front office staff was great too. Totally recommend.
Dr. Looby and his medical staff are awesome. However, his front office employee needs a bit more training. I was told by his front office staff that they took my insurance. I even gave her my updated insurance information and she still stated that they took my insurance. I was then sent a service denial letter from my insurance company. I was forced to pay a very high out-of-pocket rate. I really enjoyed Dr. Looby and his medical staff but his front office employee needs more training.

Dr. Looby is the dentist I have been searching for since my dentist retired. Efficient, caring, accessible with no nonsense, down to earth treatments. The staff is phenomenal and did not hesitate when I said my present dentist could not see me for three weeks and I have a painful tooth. They immediately offered relief and an appointment.
