I would 100% go back to this place. I wasn't happy with a color I picked and they were super accommodating and let me pick a new color.
Outstanding service is the word to use we walked in first time and was greeted promptly had an idea of what I wanted for my nails and sure enough they went above and beyond for my pedi and full set love the 3d flowers on my nails truly amazed at the service and friendly from start to finish there’s no rushing just because clients walk in they took there time. I was asked to give my review, so here is my honest opinion. I feel bamboozled. After doing research and coming across the reviews and pictures of other nail sets, I chose Organic Nails & Waxing. The first time I came, the pedicure was good, the full set shape was nice but the design was subpar. I figured it was a one off and came back a 2nd time after seeing more photos added. I arrived at 6:33 PM and noticed the sign was already off, even though they don’t close until 7 PM. I came in asking for a simple gel pedicure something quick that could be finished before closing. One staff member was finishing up with a customer, and the other seemed ready to close. She spoke briefly to her coworker in another language, then told me, “Can you come back tomorrow?” I explained that I was flying out later that evening and couldn’t return this was my only chance to get a pedicure before vacation.
