Osprey Property Management was a huge disappointment. Our family home has been under their care for about 5 years and not only has the communication been poor, but the overall service of 'property management' did not meet our expectations, not even in the slightest.
I have worked with Osprey for two years now, and they have been great. The property portal is easy to use and customer service is always prompt and professional. They offer different levels of service that are flexible to budget and needs. 10/10. Shoutout to Kathy for being great to us!!
