My experience with Osprey Property Management was extremely frustrating. After my tenants moved out, my property had multiple damages, including hardwood floor damage. The company did not make a reasonable effort to recover costs from the tenants and instead mishandled funds and charged me for items that were either already paid or never repaired. Just called to inquire about a specific property, the agent who answered was not very warm or accommodating- I felt like I was bothering her with my inquiry! Her energy killed all interest. I would not have her as my point of contact when it comes to greeting the money!
