I am another of the neighbors mentioned in the previous two posts. Loni Construction has failed in every aspect to deliver the agreed upon services. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! He has taken our money in good faith and completely failed to perform the services. What little work he had his worker accomplish is absolutely horrible and will have to be completely redone. The owner of Loni Construction and Landscaping is a con artist posing as a small business owner. I am one of Jacek Waliszewski neighbors that were duped by this contractor. We and 4 other neighbors hired Loni to install all our fences at the same time. Jacek’s statements pretty much sums up all our feelings and frustrations with the person.
