I brought my cat, Snickers, in here yesterday and it was the BEST vet experience I’ve ever had. The office was beautiful and peaceful, they had a little sign on the reception desk that said “Welcome Snickers” maybe because she was a new patient, it was so cute. The doctor and assistants were absolutely amazing, they treated my fur baby with so much love and care, and I knew from the very moment I got there that she was in good hands. The way they handle the fur babies, get down on their level, stop with slight bit of tension from fur baby. They tell you up front what is needed and price then will work with you. Sadie said it was the peanut butter
They should not terminate patient care 24 hours before a script refill appointment because they can't appreciate constructive criticism and a 3/5 star review on Google. Now an animal will actually suffer while we secure a new vet because of ego and poor communication.
By far the best vet we have ever had! The professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and compassion that the doctor and staff exude is more than we could ever ask for.
I couldn’t be more grateful for LVC, we recently found them though a friend and taking our baby girl to see them was the best decision. Through about a month of health issue they were able to help us. Unfortunately, our dog went to heaven and even though this difficult time they cared for her in the best way possible and even comforted us humans more than we could imagine.
