I called and specifically asked to speak to a mechanic. I got one in the service department. I described the issue with my 2004 Eclipse GTS (22,000 miles) and asked if they had the scanner for the SWS as I think that is the issue (ETACS ECU). "Oh, yes. We have all that and I can diagnose your car..." I drive TWO cars, half an hour to get there for my appointment to be told they won't do it. Can't do it.
