5 Stars – Excellent Apartment Manager! I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment, and a huge part of that is thanks to the property manager. Mrs Shereen is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly, and communication has always been clear and friendly. Since I’ve lived here the crime rate has gone down tremendously and the property manager has really done things to help change the environment. Such as providing us with a fitness room, and a study lounge in the front office which I use for work. It’s very peaceful and has a great vibe bringing nature inside. I appreciate Mrs Shereen for doing her best to uplift our community
