Regional er at one time, was a great experience. The last few times I have gone in it’s been actually less than one star! I took my mom in who has medical issues that we are still currently in the process of figuring out. Her jaw was swollen on one side and her face was numb. Checking in her bp was 183/113 and her O2 was in the low 90’s. She also has a pretty bad cough, which she was giving a bag to spit in during her vital check after she went into a coughing fit. Very hateful treatment of my elderly mom, fussing at her for not following directions. Telling her to stop chewing gum, this gum is for dry mouth, telling her to raise her head and my mom is not only in a walker but has degenerative disk so she is in chronic pain.  Very unprofessional . We will not be going back to get her next.

I had a 2 day stay at this hospital. The nurses and assistants were all friendly and helpful enough and the doctors I saw were very good. The only thing lacking was I stayed hungry most of the time I was there. the first full day there I couldn't eat until my procedure was done - quite understandable and i did have dinner afterwards....somewhere around 6pm. I've waited 2 hours for a drug screening. And 40 minutes after being called back. A 5 minute process shouldn't take all day.
