I wish I could be able to rate the actual purpose of this clinic but sadly the front office staff lacks any ability to help beyond answering the phone. I called numerous times over a month with the same response "sorry I don't see a referral" not once did they say "let me try calling your PCM." I even went to the point of having my PCM office call them to find out what is going on and the were told "we need more documentation" and still after getting said documentation they continued to tell me they have not seen anything wi... read more

Don't come here unless you have hours to wait. Don't take appointments either. Sat and waited over an hour, watched others come and go, after being told "it's a short wait". If I wanted to wait an hour to not be seen, I'd go to peacehealth.

Total incompetence. I've had a lot of MRIs. In a few different places, including this facility years ago. Someone isn't checking their work at registration and scheduling, and rather than try to fix their error it's up to the patient to suffer. My condition will kill me before I go back there.
