They no longer accept United Healthcare insurance and have failed to update their information in their portal so every UHC customer still sees they are an option for service but get turned away at the counter.
Thank goodness I moved and do not have to go to this location. Just received a call for a small balance that was due from 2023. The girl stated they mailed out 3 statements and called once in 08/2024......The course of 2 years and you mailed statements to the wrong address (have a forward address with USPS and never received anything) and called once. Shame to call with a shitty attitude over a small balance I wasn't aware of.
I was there today for a MRI on my Hips. Everyone was so nice, from the receptionist to the Technician. I was new to MRI's and they made me feel so cared for and eased my fears. I will never hesitate to have another MRI especially if I get to come here. Very pleasant experience!
After obtaining an ortho MD's order for an MRI to diagnose a painful problem in my leg, we decided that having to wait for days, possibly weeks, for an MRI was not acceptable. We reached out to find a nearby radiology facility that could complete an MRI quickly - especially when we agreed to pay directly for it and not wait for insurance. We quickly found Longview Radiology had availability and proceeded there directly. What a great find!
