Don't come here unless you have hours to wait. Don't take appointments either. Sat and waited over an hour, watched others come and go, after being told "it's a short wait". If I wanted to wait an hour to not be seen, I'd go to peacehealth.
Not punctual at all
Total incompetence. I've had a lot of MRIs. In a few different places, including this facility years ago. Someone isn't checking their work at registration and scheduling, and rather than try to fix their error it's up to the patient to suffer. My condition will kill me before I go back there.
They no longer accept United Healthcare insurance and have failed to update their information in their portal so every UHC customer still sees they are an option for service but get turned away at the counter.
